Meet Jaelyn, a friendly sales associate who has been working at Orange Theory Fitness since for the past six months. As I walked in to inquire about membership, she thoroughly explained all my options and was very sincere when answering my questions. I asked what her favorite part about working at Orange Theory Fitness was and she said, “The best part is seeing how OTF really changes people’s lives for the better. I have seen so many of our members transform their lifestyle and it truly is amazing.” Jaelyn made the perfect sales associate as she was kind, caring and genuine. When I asked how she would describe good customer service she stated, “Good service is when it feels like someone is genuinely happy to go the extra mile for you and make sure you are taken care of.” Jaelyn provides such great customer service, a member even surprised her with baked goods! She tries to make people feel comfortable and important whenever they come in, whether that be by remembering members names or just becoming a familiar face that is always smiling.
